Step 1: Build an App Using the 'Create App Agent'

I started by using the Create App Agent to generate the foundation of the App. Here's the prompt I used. I used Claude to come up with this prompt to put the requirements in a structured manner, so that both AI and you can read and make changes effectively.

1. Lead & Contact Hub
- Multi-source lead capture (referrals, trade shows, web)
- Project type categorization
- Estimator assignment & bid tracking

1. Once you have the prompt, paste it in Actions tab of the AI Agent in the app.
2. Once AI Agents have analyzed the requirements provided by you, you can see each detail that the AI focuses on and uses to build your desired application.
3. You can clearly see the above screenshots of the Create Agent, how ERP AI has broken down your requirements to generate all the details required to create a Construction Management application. Now we will see, what features were created.

Step 2: Customize Using the 'Edit App Agent’

I refined the CRM structure with a prompt to the Edit Agent, to make the desired changes:

• “Create a 'Weather Delays' tracking field in the Projects table”
• We can see the Edit Agent went ahead and added a column in the Tickets master table as requested

The Edit App Agent quickly implemented these changes, updating the database structure while maintaining data integrity and relationships between tables.

Step 3: Configure Role Permissions

Using the Roles Agent, I set up a Document Controller role with specific access levels. Here's how I did it:

1. I prompted the Roles Agent: "Create a Document Controller role who needs to manage all project documentation, permits, and compliance records"
2. The agent asked for specific permissions details
3. I specified the following permissions:
• Full access to Documents table
• Read/Write access to compliance records
• View access to Projects table
• Full access to document version control
• Permission to create and manage document workflows

This ensures that Document Controllers have comprehensive access to manage all documentation while maintaining proper security protocols. You can follow the same process to create other roles as needed.

Step 4: Set Up Team Members

With roles established, I used the Invite Agent to onboard team members:

1. Select Invite Agent and prompt the user’s email address and role you want them to be assigned to.

Step 5: Customize Metrics Using the 'Dashboard Agent'

To ensure the app shows meaningful insights, I used the Dashboard Agent. Here’s how you can too:

1. Navigate to Dashboard Agent and prompt the graph you want to generate, here I asked to look at active tickets by category. Save changes, and the dashboard updates dynamically.

Step 6: Implement Automations

To streamline operations, I set up Automation Workflows:

1. Navigate to Automation in ERP•AI.
2. Use the workflow builder build a automation.
1. My automation suggests that when ever a change order of greater than 10000 USD value is approved, a task is generated corresponding to it and assigned to Tisha Norton with a high priority.
